개인정보 처리방침
ProjectSnap은 현장 사진과 동영상을 프로젝트별로 정리하기 위한 카메라 앱입니다. 앱은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 안에서 동작하며, 사진과 동영상을 자동으로 외부 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다.
수집하거나 저장하는 정보
- 촬영자 이름, 앱 언어, 저장 형식, 휴지통 보관 기간 등 앱 설정
- 사용자가 만든 프로젝트 이름, 폴더 정보, 정렬 정보, 잠금 설정
- 앱으로 촬영하거나 가져온 사진, 동영상, 썸네일, 메모, 텍스트 표시, 파일명과 생성일 같은 미디어 정보
- Apple 계정 연동을 사용한 경우 Apple에서 제공하는 사용자 식별자와 최초 제공될 수 있는 이메일 또는 이름
권한 사용 목적
- 카메라: 프로젝트 안에서 사진과 동영상을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 마이크: 동영상 촬영 시 소리를 녹음하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진 선택: 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진을 프로젝트로 가져오기 위해 사용합니다.
저장과 공유
ProjectSnap은 사진과 동영상을 앱 내부 저장소에 저장합니다. 기본 사진 앱 또는 갤러리에 자동 저장하지 않습니다. 사용자가 공유, ZIP 내보내기, 백업, 복원을 직접 실행하는 경우에만 선택한 파일이 다른 앱, iCloud, 파일 앱, 이메일 또는 사용자가 고른 저장 위치로 전달될 수 있습니다.
피드백
사용자가 앱 안에서 피드백 보내기를 선택하면 메일 앱을 통해 피드백 내용을 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사용자가 작성한 내용과 앱이 메일 본문에 포함한 사용 요약 정보가 이메일로 전송됩니다. 피드백을 보내지 않으면 해당 정보는 자동 전송되지 않습니다.
제3자 제공과 추적
ProjectSnap은 광고 추적 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 사용자의 사진이나 동영상을 분석 또는 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 계정 연동, 공유, 백업, 이메일 전송처럼 사용자가 직접 선택한 기능을 사용할 때는 Apple, 메일 제공자, 파일 저장 서비스 등 해당 서비스의 정책이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.
데이터 삭제
사용자는 앱 안에서 사진, 동영상, 프로젝트를 삭제하거나 휴지통을 비울 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 내부 데이터도 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다. 외부로 공유하거나 백업한 파일은 사용자가 해당 위치에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
아동 개인정보
ProjectSnap은 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
변경 사항
이 처리방침은 앱 기능이나 법적 요구사항에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 이 페이지의 내용을 갱신합니다.
Privacy Policy
ProjectSnap is a camera app for organizing site photos and videos by project. The app is designed to work locally on your device, and it does not automatically upload your photos or videos to an external server.
Information Stored by the App
- App settings such as photographer name, app language, storage format, and trash retention period
- Project names, folder information, sorting information, and lock settings created by the user
- Photos, videos, thumbnails, annotations, text labels, file names, creation dates, and related media metadata created or imported by the user
- If Apple account linking is used, the Apple user identifier and any email or name Apple may provide on first authorization
Permissions
- Camera: Used to capture photos and videos inside a project.
- Microphone: Used to record audio when capturing video.
- Photo selection: Used only when the user chooses photos to import into a project.
Storage and Sharing
ProjectSnap stores photos and videos in the app's private storage. It does not automatically save media to the system Photos app or gallery. When the user chooses to share, export a ZIP file, create a backup, or restore a backup, selected files may be passed to other apps, iCloud, the Files app, email, or another destination chosen by the user.
Feedback
If the user chooses to send feedback from the app, the Mail app may be used to send the feedback. In that case, the message written by the user and the local usage summary included in the email body may be sent by email. Nothing is sent automatically unless the user chooses to send feedback.
Third Parties and Tracking
ProjectSnap does not use advertising tracking SDKs and does not sell the user's photos or videos to third parties for analytics or advertising. If the user chooses features such as account linking, sharing, backup, or email, the policies of Apple, the email provider, file storage services, or other selected services may also apply.
Deleting Data
Users can delete photos, videos, and projects in the app, and can empty the trash. Deleting the app may also delete app-private data stored on the device. Files that were shared or backed up outside the app must be deleted by the user from those external locations.
Children's Privacy
ProjectSnap does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated as app features or legal requirements change. Important changes will be reflected on this page.
